The location was absolutely mind-blowing, just a few minutes walk from everything! The secure parking was super convenient. The neighbouring rooms were incredibly quiet. All of the items in the apartment worked perfectly, including the Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. The receptionist was so helpful, marking places of interest on a map. Having a safe in the room free of charge was a jaw-dropping bonus. The nearby shopping mall with a supermarket and various shops was a great addition. The comfortable bed and clean sheets made for a wonderful night's sleep. The 24/7 customer service was a fantastic feature. The central location made it easy to access massage parlors, restaurants, and shopping centers. the experience was simply amazing and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Comfort and convenience were definitely prioritized during my stay!

Walking distance to Darling harbour and also downton sydney

It didnt look like a dollar had been spent on maintenance for 20 years!Walls looked filthy. Carpet spotted. Hallways between lift and room dirty. Bedding and bathroom clean enough, fortunately! Cereal scraps still in a bowl from a previous guest. An article of clothing left in the dryer. This was a very disappointing stay. I have travelled in many countries of the world on both business and pleasure. This rates as one of the poorest experiences in a hotel, and the poorest in any of our family holidays

Pool area is lovely. Hyde park is next door. The staff was friendly, as for 3-stars hotel...

loved my recent stay in sydney. waldorf exceeded my expectations with its great location near darling harbour and rooftop swimming pool. staff was exceptionally helpful and free wifi in the foyer was a bonus.

It's a bit run down

The hotel is excellent value for money, with spacious rooms and all the basic amenities you could need. The location is fantastic, with shopping centers, supermarkets, and famous tourist attractions all within easy reach. The staff are attentive and friendly, always ready to help make your stay more enjoyable.

Great size rooms, clean and locaion fantastic

The Chinese friendship garden in front of the hotel was a great bonus and made for a lovely stay overall.

The location for us was perfect, as we were attending a conference at the Entertainment Centre. China Town was so close, and excellent for quick meals, and Paddy's was also nearby, so shopping was very easy and accessible. The Cole's supermarket a street away was also an excellent facility. We loved the security of Waldorf, and having free carparking really made it extremely affordable.

The kitchen and bathroom could probably do with a little updating, but this isn't a complaint, because both were clean, which is the main thing for us. The bed was a little hard.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location near famous tourist spots. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and the rooms with balconies on the 8th floor offered fantastic views. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Everything was up to par and met our expectations.

Very clean and comfortable self contained units. All that you would need for a night or a week. Units at the rear of the building are quieter, however I do like the front to see and hear the hustle and bustle. Separate shower and a bath. Washer & dryer in bathroom, dishwasher in kitchen. Comfy lounge area with TV, small dining table and desk. Parking included in price - park the car and walk everywhere. Location is excellent for city shopping, Chinatown, markets and Darling Harbour. Catch the free city loop bus if walking isn't your style or close to train stations and on the monorail route. We've returned many times and have no complaints whatsoever. Excellent value for money - almost like a little secret that we would like to keep to ourselves. Pleasant and courteous staff top it off. We will definitely return again and again.

Its location. So close to the City.

The two-way light switching for the bathroom I was staying in didn't appear to be working properly, but that wasn't a major issue to overcome.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and close to all the famous tourist spots. The rooms are in a fair condition and come with a generous size balcony, perfect for enjoying the views. The staff are friendly and provide basic amenities that cater to all your needs.

We had a great stay at Waldorf! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with new appliances. The reception staff, especially Andrea, were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with Darling Harbour just a 10-minute walk away. There was also a shopping mall nearby with a supermarket, pharmacy, and other shops. The free wifi at the mall was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!
